Created an IT disaster response plan for a major engineering consulting firm. This resulted in the establishment of a backup data center to facilitate recovery operations.
Launched a new business service for a major value-added reseller by conducting extensive market research, assessing over 500 software firms and their products and selecting a new software partner.
Delivered digital asset management and workflow systems for two industry leading companies. Wrote and edited extensive technical and user documentation for both projects.
Conducted comprehensive interviews to document requirements and generate process flow diagrams for a revenue and incentive compensation system at a major financial services company.
Received a Reengineering award for re-inventing and documenting the Change Management system, thus reducing administrative costs at an industry leading firm.
Helped a major touch systems manufacturer document engineering processes and achieve ISO 9001 certification.

Vin is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He has a degree in Mathematics and earned it Magna Cum Laude (With High Honors). He has taken a number of post-graduate courses in Computer Science and management. He has also attended numerous business and technical seminars in order to stay current and well-versed in the use of computer technology.
